The trolley is the most important logistical carrier for plants and flowers within the floricultural sector. The aluminum cart usually has three moveable shelves which the user may position at various heights. Trolleys are used by growers, buyers and transporters. By accepting the general terms and conditions, you may rent trolleys from FloraHolland. The trolleys may of course also be used outside of the auction buildings. The trolleys remain the property of the auction at all times.

Lock plates

Trolleys leaving the auction premises should always be equipped with a lock plate. A lock plate is a rectangular locking device to secure and identify the trolley. The lock plate comes with a barcode which is registered upon issuance. The lock plate may only be removed using a special key which remains in FloraHolland’s possession. Lock plates may be rented for different periods of time (from a single day through an entire year).
